Director responsible for post-merger integration of ex-Lohika/ex-Altran Ukraine into Capgemini, overseeing transformation of functional streams, driving evolution of local applications (Creatio, In-house Apps) and transition to global tools (SAP, WHOZ etc).Starting 2021 implemented Scaled Agile Framework for internal product development to align local agile scrum teams with global transformation programs. Launched cross-platform application (iOS, Android) under umbrella of local applications and enforced adaptation of Power BI as common analytical platform.Early 2023 expanded role on talent acquisition and staffing management in Eastern Europe (Ukraine, Poland, Romania), supporting business with top-line revenue exceeding €100 million and organizational scope of employees.Took the lead on a few business continuity streams related to full-scale invasion to Ukraine.
