Restructure and rebuild previously dysfunctional divisions including the accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax accounting, and supply chain teams resulting in higher performance, efficiency, and intercommunication between the groups. Throughout the process, spearheaded the development of new policies andsystematic reworks of existing accounting structures and implemented said policies in a timely and efficient manner.
