As Finance Director at Plexus, I have developed my expertise in financial management, business management, project and change management, operations, GAAP reporting, corporate governance, treasury, and taxation. In my role, I focus on fostering collaboration across the organisation to align financial strategies with broader business objectives, ensuring financial insights and initiatives drive cohesive, company-wide growth and success. Equally integral to my responsibilities is optimising financial operations, driving efficiency and innovation, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards to enable long-term organisational success.I am an advocate for continuous improvement, striving to identify opportunities for enhanced processes and fostering collaboration to achieve organisational excellence. I also take pride in serving on the Plexus Global e-board as Chair of the Development Committee for our Women in Network ERG (WiN), leading initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.Beyond my career at Plexus, I am proud to serve as a voluntary Board Director and Vice Chair of the Scottish Borders Chamber of Commerce. In this capacity, I act as a voice for the Borders business community and as a Community Leader, working to create visibility, advocacy, and a shared vision for its future success.
