Handling end to end vendor management, consultant’s negotiation & timely payments. • Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team. • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. • Developed and maintained candidate pipeline through direct sourcing (Dice, CareerBuilder, job diva and monster) and referral solicitation.
