LLP, actively handling assignments related to departmental proceedings under GST and providing litigation support to top-tier listed and unlisted clients across India.Key Responsibilities & Experience- Drafting of replies to scrutiny notices issued under Section 61 in FORM ASMT-10- Preparation and filing of replies to Show Cause Notices (SCNs) issued in FORM DRC-01- Drafting and filing of appeals before the Appellate Authority against orders issued in FORM DRC-07- Assisting in the preparation of replies to summons and inquiries issued by Anti-Evasion and DGGI authorities- Attending personal hearings along with seniors and preparing detailed hearing notes- Performing detailed research on provisions, circulars, and case laws to assist seniors in forming opinions on complex GST transactions- Contributing to advisory work by assisting in drafting opinions for clients on intricate tax issues and departmental matters- Hands-on experience working with large-scale clients, including leading players in the cement, automobile, logistics, and manufacturing sectors, with turnovers ranging from ₹500 crores to crores- Analyzing purchase registers, sales registers, ledgers, and other financial data to identify discrepancies and support legal arguments- Assisting clients in audits conducted by GST authorities, including compiling data, presenting reconciliations, and responding to departmental queries- Performing GST reconciliations, including GSTR 2B vs. 3B and turnover reconciliations.
