As a Chartered Accountant with over 9 years of focused experience in Indirect Tax, I head the litigation division at the Gurugram branch of H N A & Co. LLP, specializing in GST disputes and representation before adjudicating authorities and appellate forums.My core expertise lies in analysing complex case laws, building strong legal arguments, and designing litigation strategies that balance legal merit with commercial reality. This is strengthened by my practical experience across GST implementation, compliance, review, and refunds, as well as my work with two State GST departments on revenue augmentation and officer training.
