Process monthly loan payments and payoffs of mortgages and vehicles through Remit and Phoenix Management• Scanned onto OnBase and reported on Phoenix vehicle titles as well as downloaded documents for report purposes• Processed 120 business loans during the COVID-19 crisis • During the COVID-19 crisis assisted with data entry on an Excel sheet that consisted of 300+ lines - providing the business signer, member number, business type, corporation type, contact information, percentage ownership and account number on Phoenix• Participated in new prospective e-recording companies - critiqued benefits/cost based on informational meetings • Lead the CSC software project along with my manager, shifting from paper copy home equity recording to e-recording• Implemented a new process for home equity loans, working closely with IT and the Direct Lending department• Process home equity packets received from all the branches based on a daily report - verifying all the documents have been included, member\'s signatures, document has been notarized, trust documents have been included if applies to the document• Extract reports of recorded discharges from CSC every couple of weeks utilizing OnBase and TextPad• Appoint projects to summer/winter interns, training on different aspects of Loan Servicing processes• Send lien releases, 10 day pay off letters and Letters of Guarantees to members and insurance companies due to the loss of the vehicle or a payoff balance• Investigate and retrieve documents needed for subpoenas at a state/federal level for civil or criminal cases• Verify insurance coverage on vehicle loans by working closely with insurance agents and the member locally/across the country
