As a Cloud Security Engineer at Orange Cyberdefense (OCD), I am responsible for securing cloud environments through a combination of proactive posture management and reactive threat detection:⇒ I operate and administer Palo Alto Cortex Cloud (CNAPP) and SentinelOne Singularity to ensure cloud security coverage across CSPM, CWPP, and CIEM capabilities, while maintaining and optimizing platform configurations to maximize detection coverage.⇒ I analyze, fine-tune, and assess security detection rules to improve threat detection accuracy and identify coverage gaps to recommend new rules or policy adjustments accordingly.⇒ I conduct cloud security posture audits across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), assessing infrastructure configurations against industry frameworks such as CIS Benchmarks, NIST, and ISO, while identifying misconfigurations, excessive permissions, and compliance deviations to provide actionable remediation guidance to cloud and DevOps teams.⇒ I monitor, triage, and investigate security alerts generated across cloud assets including virtual machines, containers, serverless functions, and managed services, qualifying alerts to distinguish true positives from false positives, and escalating confirmed incidents following defined incident response procedures in collaboration with SOC teams.
