As a corporate governance leader and non-executive director, I bring over 10 years of experience in corporate and risk governance—primarily within the financial services and non-profit sectors in South Africa and more recently in Germany. I help companies build governance frameworks that are robust, compliant, and sustainable by adopting forward-thinking governance strategies that align with organizational objectives and societal impact.
