I then work with them to build new mental models and habits that enable them to create the change they wish to see in their lives.I work in a holistic manner, taking in the whole of a person, because creating change in our careers is not separate from the rest of our lives. I’m an empath coach who creates a supportive environment to explore the change you want to create and build a development plan to make that change a reality.Having studied a MSc is Psychology I’m dedicated that my approach to human change always be based in the latest psychological and neuro-science research. With 3+ years experience coaching, accreditation from the ICF and 700+ hours experience working with clients, I have a deep knowledge of the tools needed to create amazing changes in your work and life. My experience learning IFS (internal family systems) and mindfulness give me unique insight into how our inner world functions and how to work within it.My goal is to help people feel more empowered in their career and build a life they love, through changing their mental models and creating new behaviours.WHY IT WORKS- The person holding you back most is often yourself. Luckily you can change that, you can change who you are and how you experience the world. You just need to learn the tools how too.
