ABOUT AMELA ORLOVIC

I work in Talent Acquisition for BCG X, which is the tech build and design unit of BCG. BCG X unites tech builders, designers, and entrepreneurs with the world’s leading talent in AI, deep tech, digital growth, sustainability, and more. We enter comprehensive partnerships that rapidly launch new solutions that are ready to run from day one. Our products and solutions generate immediate and tangible results at scale. I am a fast-learner that thrives in fast-paced environments. As a very goal-oriented individual, I leverage my organizational skills to help me achieve the tasks that I create for myself. Having been exposed to a broad variety of positions, I have gained skills in training and development, D&I, marketing, recruiting, and leadership at both a national and an international level. The prospect of a field that combined my interests of global affairs and human resources brought me to the Global Human Resources Management program at Georgetown University. My background knowledge of international affairs and fluency in multiple languages serves as an added resource within any multinational environment.
