In addition to other awards, Yolanda is proud to have received the \"Champion for Seniors\" Award from Argentum (a national Senior Living organization).She loves volunteering and has completed many years of service as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc, Rutgers University Alumni Association, The Safe Harbor Peninsula Yacht Club and numerous ministries. She served on the board of directors for the Teaneck Chamber of Commerce in Teaneck, NJ and of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.(Newark, NJ chapter) for many years before relocating to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2017.Yolanda is a gifted speaker and uses her background in sales, psychology and ministry to motivate people to celebrate their strengths and embrace life\'s changes.
