Deliver end-to-end infrastructure projects across enterprise environments, supporting the deployment, configuration, and documentation of IT solutions including networking, wireless, servers, and system migrations.•Deploy and configure HP Aruba switches and modular stack setups, ensuring reliable network performance and security across multiple client sites.•Configure and manage HP Aruba wireless access points (APs) for large-scale environments, including predictive wireless heatmaps (NetSpot, Iris) and on-site wireless surveys to optimize coverage and performance.•Assist with detailed network diagrams and documentation, ensuring consistent, high-quality project delivery.•Build and deploy custom Windows 11 images using MDT and WDS, implementing full automation for Office activation, domain joins, and post-build configurations.•Deliver large-scale Windows 11 upgrades via SCCM task sequences and PXE boot, improving rollout efficiency and standardization across multiple sites.•Support print server configurations and troubleshoot printing services to maintain uptime across enterprise locations.•Assist clients with WordPress content management, maintaining and updating web content to meet business needs.•Collaborate closely with Level 3 Engineers, Project Managers, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth implementation, testing, and handover of IT infrastructure solutions.•Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with system configuration documentation to ensure project sign-off and knowledge transfer.•Contribute to the migration, configuration, and testing of systems involving Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Veeam Backup & Replication.
