Basically I am a Food Technologist and specialized in the Brewing after undergoing certification of Masters in Wine Brewing and Alcohol Technology. From this course of studies I have learnt many things about Alcohols. That includes from culture development, distillation techniques, fermentation technique, DM Plant operation, molasses pre- treatment with quality production of RS and ENA to final Alcohol production. Brewing science is my specializing field with malting science, mashing techniques, lautering techniques, fermentation, beer maturation, various beer style, bottling process, grain base alchol production techniques and a good experience in doing R&D at Vasantdada Sugar Institute Pune. I also have a hand full of experience in food processing industries which includes Brewcraftz Pune, Food & Inns and Warana Agro one of the leading milk and Tetra pack products company
