Accountable for Maharashtra (MAG) Fiber Project, Operation & Maintenance and Planning, having 34.1K Km Fiber KM network consisting 16.7 4G and 15.3 K 2G sites.• MAG Circle OSP Planning and Project rollout program management, E2E OFC project drive for Own, IP1 & IRU rollout, fiber sharing, new POP & Enterprise fiber site lit up. • Monitoring & improvement of Operational input KPI FTKM, MTTR, P1, P2 and Output KPI RNA, CSPK, B2B on daily basis• Network improvement plan like up-gradation of existing links as per network stability, new lambda addition, new diversity path addition & special NLD network backbone link project like ciena 300G DWDM up-gradation, planning and implementation of Zte Metro network, metro city IP- etc. • Program Management & Governance of MS Partners to achieve the agreed SLA KPI.• GIS update of new project route as well as existing routes including project documents upload like ROW, AT, HOTO. • IRU Fiber performance management & governance with regards to Fiber cuts, MTTR, Fiber Losses & integrity.• Performing periodic fiber route visit and Internal Audit of project routes as well as replacement capex routes.• Effective utilization of R-Capex & Opex cost, Opex saving by minimizing operational cost vehicle running, material consumption, Capex• Support for Digitization & automation of Vodafone fiber assets using different tools like VSF, Lepton & HPSM.
