Report to : Procurement DirectorDuties :1. PIC of Maintenance, Renovation, Energies & Project Procurement for all business unit (Feedmill, Poultry & Food Processing)- Manage operational of procurement teams placed at all business units- Review collected quotations, review QCF (quotation Comparison Form), create QCF of Projects- Ensure specifications meets requirements- Negotiation with vendors- Contract management- Vendors management- Assist user in maintenace development- Assist user in new project development (timeline, specifications of machines & civil)- CAPEX & OPEX preparations- Monthly, annual procurement report (cost saving, cost avoidence)- Team development (training & coaching)- Identify & assess potential risk due to delivery time- Ensure complience with applicable laws, regulations & industry standards related to procurement & project or service activities- Develop system, manage team members performance, coaching & mentoring to deliver reuired outcome- Calculate & analyze every possibilites for cost saving and/or cost avoidance2. Part of \"Central of Excellence\" team (Gunung Sewu Kencana Holdings)- Assist in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) development of all GSK business units
