ABOUT KIRTI KISHAN YANDAPALLI

I am currently working as a Sr. Manager in the Corporate Strategy team at Cyient. I lead market assessments and uncover new growth opportunities, shaping both short and long-term strategic directions. My expertise lies in analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes to guide Cyient\'s market entry into new industries and also sustain growth across various sectors. I am passionate about driving innovation and sustainable growth through strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.Previously worked with HighRadius, a B2B SaaS player building products for the Office of the CFO where I\'m part of the Strategy and Corporate Development team- devising and executing strategies for inorganic expansion, and also working on high priority projects for the CEO’s office.Prior to this I have worked with Alvarez and Marsal as a manager in the Turnaround and Performance Improvement practice. I have worked across multiple industries with a primary focus on buy-side diligence for PE firms, cost reduction, OEE improvement initiatives and large-scale supply chain transformation projects.I’m An MBA graduate from IIM Bangalore and B.E(Hons.) Chemical Engineering from BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus.I am a problem solver who’s always hungry for knowledge and loves to pursue creative endeavours on the side. I have worked as a graphic designer for a few start-ups and freelanced for a couple of years; have been the head of publicity design departments for college fests at BITS and IIM Bangalore and was the head of the VFX multimedia club when in BITS. When not solving problems, I can be found reading non-fiction or watching documentaries.
