Dr. Yinpeng Li is a senior climate scientist in International Global Change Institute (IGCI), New Zealand and CLIMsystems Ltd. Recognized expert in climate change risk assessment and adaptation, with experiences of delivering 40 projects for many countries over last 20 years, by closely collaborating with research scientists, international organizations (UNDP, UNEP, ADB, World Bank, TNC etc.), and companies from different sectors.
