ABOUT DALEL SNIDER

Dalel is the enthusiastic owner of Glendora Florist in Glendora. Walking into a business that she knew nothing about, over the past 15 years she has grown her clientele base tenfold, and has spread her success into her venture, Los Angeles Floral Couture in Beverly Hills, Floral Classes and French Flower Market serving the Inland Empire.Originally emigrating from her native Mexico in 2004,one of her proudest achievements was receiving her US Citizenship in 2012. She takes her responsibility as a US Citizen seriously, as is demonstrated by her involvement in a number of community projects and civic organizations. She has served on the Executive Board of the Glendora BID for 7 years, currently serving as Events advisor. Under her direction as BID Marketing Chair Glendora has been awarded Best Town by San Gabriel Valley Tribune 5 years in a row.Former member of the ARDENT Group, which was a strong supporter of WINGS, helping women who have been victims of domestic violence. Additionally, the ARDENT Group has provided support to Glendora Education Foundation and the Sheppard’s Pantry. Her involvement in other organizations includes EWI, serving as Chapter President in 20••••14. Through EWI she has been instrumental in developing programs to generate funds for scholarships, awarding over to college students in the past four years. Dalel’s contributions include Thirst Project and Alzheimer’s Association.She is the Administrator of the Lewis W. Snider Single Parent Fellowship, named in his honor, at Claremont Graduate University. Through this endowment program, she is able to help single parents with scholarship funds that allow them to pursue their Masters or Doctorate Degrees while juggling the challenges of academic and family commitments. Dalel has received numerous awards and accolades for her professional and personal achievements including Certificates of Recognition from the State Senate and Congress. While Glendora Florist has been named Best Los Angeles Florists by FOX News twice, Dalel has also been named one of the 50 Most Fabulous Women by Pasadena Foothills Magazine. She has been Bloomnation’s Best Florist since 2017 to the present and Best of Wedding Wire since 2018.A true story of The American Dream Renewal.
