Hired to manage and accelerate North America Region’s digital transformation program using Blue Prism Intelligent Automation to design, build, and deploy resilient cost-saving and productivity-enhancing process automations. Key Achievements: Designed, developed, and deployed key business Process X to Production in record time, on budget, and ahead of schedule- saving the corporation tens of thousands of labor hours annually (Equivalent of 12 FTE). Solved a 10-year-old corporation problem by the successful deployment of this giant automation. Built the largest and most complex functional robot in the North America region. Key Responsibilities: • Ownership of the RPA software development life cycle: Identifying opportunities and using Information Technology tools and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and conduct research with a view to diagnosing cost leakages. This includes using process mapping tools to analyze information and translate business requirements into technical requirements, and subsequently implement automated workflows. • Solution Architecture and Technical Design: Proficient at gathering and analyzing business requirement(s) and process flows, architecting, and preparing Process Definition Documentation (PDD), and Solution Design Documentation (SDD) for business process improvement. • RPA Developer with hands-on technical expertise in building automation(s): Bot development, design reviews, troubleshooting, scheduling, system testing and security, User Acceptance Testing, QA, hyper care, debugging of workflow automations for reliability, system integrity, error handling, bug fixes, logging, performance tuning, and production support, using best practices.
