With over 10 years of recruiting experience, it has been my passion to find the right people for the various positions. I believe in attaining individuals that will contribute the best value, in an effort to find their dream roles and overall retain them for the success of the company. The many positions I have recruited for has been from Operations, Clearances (Top Secret - FS Poly), IT positions and Healthcare.The types of IT positions I recruited for were:Cleared positions (Secret/Top Secret) for positions for: IT: Information Analyst, Software Engineers, Software Developers Enterprise Risk, Cyber Security and Accounting Junior System Developer, Web Content Manager, Senior Software Developer, Solution Architect, Senior Sharepoint Developer, Data Scientist, Clarity Developer, Java Developer, Data Scientist, Training Coordinator, Program Analyst, Administrative Support, Business Program Manager, Business Analysts. My recruiting experience over the last 10 years has been working for small businesses obtaining government contract in the Washington DC Area. I also have worked as a recruiter in a staffing agency and a corporate recruiter. The difference of the two backgrounds is the urgent manner when pursuing a candidate. However, I have managed to instill this practice in all my searches. I will maintain the sense of urgency to find the best candidate.To achieve this, my mission is to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic company.
