Main responsibilities:Lead regional governance and performance of projects and product lifecycle management (launches, tech transfers, promo packs, product and packaging changes);Evaluate and harmonize regional end-to-end processes related to projects and portfolio maintenance / strengthening, as well as balance resources in the region.Act as the LATAM Supply Manager representative to ensure process knowledge in the region.Work closely to countries and clusters to keep local activities aligned with global initiatives and critical PS performance targets.Lead the Project launches for Consumer Health division throughout an intensive follow up with the key team members (Procurement, Regulatory, Operations, External Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Packaging, Marketing and production sites among others) to ensure a successful execution and launch in time and quality.Co-Lead the Business Case evaluation for key innovative/disruptive projects in LATAM, being the Product Supply representative to define the innovation portfolio for the next 4-5 years. Coach & Train, the Multifunctional Project Management team (NPD Managers/Marketing; Local Supply Chain for Andean and Centro; Manufacturing sites Project Managers) to level up the Project Management expertise in the different categories/Brands for Consumer Health Division.
