ABOUT YEE KWAN LAW
I am interested in topics in chemical biology as well as molecular and cellular biochemistry. I am currently doing my PhD in the group of Prof. Giulio Superti-Furga at CeMM (ÖAW), with a focus on understanding the mechanistic links between proteostasis and metabolism in neurodegeneration. Previously, I was awarded the Swire Undergraduate Scholarship to study Biochemistry University College and did my (integrated) Masters’ project on structural biology with Prof. Jim Naismith at the Rosalind Franklin Institute. I was formerly President of the Oxford University Hong Kong Society and Oxford Law Society from 2018-19 and Jul-Dec 2019, respectively.
