ABOUT YASH PRAKASH BHISE

I\'ve seen what happens when a trading platform goes down during market hours, the kind of pressure where every second of downtime costs real money. That\'s the environment I cut my teeth in, supporting mission-critical financial systems at Linedata for 50+ global clients across trading, portfolio management, and FIX protocol integrations. That experience taught me something important: I don\'t just want to keep systems running, I want to build the systems that people depend on.Now I\'m at USC Viterbi pursuing my MS in Computer Science, channeling two years of production-level debugging, SQL optimization, and client-facing problem-solving into becoming a stronger software engineer. I\'ve gone deep on projects like a Netflix-scale recommendation engine handling 10K QPS with sub-50ms latency, and a computer vision system for non-contact heart rate monitoring that hit 95% accuracy. What I bring to the table:→ Real production experience with trading platforms, FIX protocol, and database systems that can\'t afford to fail→ ML/data infrastructure chops: Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Kafka, Redis, FastAPI→ Strong foundation in Python, Java, C++, SQL — and the debugging instincts that come from years of root cause analysis on live systems→ The communication skills to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders (I\'ve written 340+ technical guides and managed relationships with global financial clients)When I\'m not writing code or optimizing queries, you\'ll probably find me on two wheels, motorcycling is how I recharge and think through tough problems. Something about leaning into a curve at the right moment isn\'t too different from engineering: read the terrain, trust your preparation, commit to the line.I\'m looking for Summer 2026 SWE internships where I can build meaningful software, ideally at the intersection of systems, data, and scale. If you\'re working on something interesting, I\'d love to connect. Los Angeles, CA | Available Summer 2026 y•••••@usc.edu
