Erection, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of 20 MVA, 132/11 KV substation yard with 20/25 MVA 132/11 KV transformer.• • Erection, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of 11 KV, 4.2 MW, 1120 KW HT motor with controlling and monitoring panel with all its protection circuits controlled by SCADA system.• Understanding, troubleshooting & Executing the maintenance plans for PLC make Siemens S7-400 CPU 441-2DP for Mat forming, Forming Line, Press, Cutting and trimming with Remote I/O and VFD’s, SEW Drives connected by Profi-bus having 4100 I/O’s with SEMATIC S7 Step7 V7.6, and WINCC V7.4 versions• Done changes in the Existing PLC programs at necessary logics as per the site requirement for smooth operation of Plant.• Made changes and designed new pages in the existing SCADA screens as per the production requirements.• Having experience in programing and execution of PLC programs in TIA portal 13.1, 15.1• Erection, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of 690 V, 615 KW motor with SEMENS 12 pulse converter panel with all its protection circuits controlled by SCADA system.• Estimation and lying of different types of LAPP cables, SIEMENS cables for power, control and communication.• Erection, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of SIEMENS SINAMICS G150 and SIEMENS SINAMICS G120 AC Drives.• Erection, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of SIEMENS SINAMICS Line modules and Motor modules with Dual and single drives.• Supervision, Operation and maintenance of Thermax energy plant with 53 MW capacity supplying hot oil upto 430°C and Steam pressure up to 16 bar.• Erection, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of 11 KV soft starter for 11KV, 1120 KW Dryer motor.• Testing all Transformers, relays, Circuit breakers, Panels, Current transformers, potential transformers, Isolators and safety equipment’s before switching or charging the power.
