Civil structure, Mechanical structure and Equipment’s Grouting.6. Maintain track sheet of all pour cards, concrete pour qty, structure alignment reports and groutingreports.7. Preparation the Inspection request to submit to client in coordination with construction team8. Witnessing of the testing of compressive strength of concrete at the laboratory.9. Witnessing of the testing of slump value of concrete at the field.10. Witnessing of field testing like compaction test FDT (Field Density Test) and Dry film thickness.11. Preparation of CPQR monthly to analyses the quality of product produced.14. Preparing weekly report of project related to project quality management.15. Preparing RFI (Request for Inspection) for all civil activities like excavation, backfilling, lean concrete, reinforce concrete, FDT (Field Density Test)16.Reporting all related activities to QA/QC manager.
