Monitoring ECM, and updation of MBOM, Completing New product (NPD) output and follow up as per plan. Implemented Poka Yoke and cycle-time reductioninitiatives achieving multiple zero-defect stations. Conducted daily process audits, CFT meetings, and capability studies for quality improvement. Collaboratory worked under VSM project to bring effective way of production. Worked under machine shop department, undertaking Planning of the machining component as per sequence in the tractor, handled the manpower. Creating PR, PO and closing Invoice, Monitoring the cycle time. Led one Six sigma green belt project and one RPNproject. Involvement in 2 SIX SIGMA black belt project.
