1.Looking after Tool & fixture concept designing for new model variants for existing pressing machine & modification of existing tools & fixture to accommodate the new models production. 2.I had involved in the NPI (New part introduction) related activities i.e. for new model of tractor process facilities making in the line, fixture/tools new design/modification, SOP,PFMEA,DFMEA making & server data base updation through CREO 2.0 WINDCHILL. 3.Digital validation of New products during Alpha(Initial) cutting stage, planning for necessary machines or tools. 4.In case of ECN activity tolerance stack-up analysis for assembly processes in product Alpha build stage itself (i.e. digital validation stage) 5.Problems solving in the assembly stage (Beta -stage) & also attending to internal & external customer complaint issues. 6.After the ECN rolled out,product performance monitoring & raising design or process change request to R&D according to customers complaint/feedback. 7.I have carried out assembly line layout modification to accommodate the new variant addition in the production. 8.I\'m looking after industrial engineering aspects like HEIJUNKA production plan for over 20 variants of tractors, process & material handling improvements, assembly line layout designing. 9.Involved in the companywide VSME (Visionary Small Medium Enterprises)programme, where in assembly part flow improvements, innovative idea for process improvement will be done
