I am a Political Science postgraduate working at the intersection of research, communication, and grassroots engagement.Currently, I serve as a Social Media Associate at Nikore Associates, a public policy think tank, where I contribute to research-led communication on governance, economic policy, and public affairs. My work involves translating complex policy issues into accessible, impactful narratives across digital platforms. I collaborate closely with research and design teams to develop structured content, manage communication workflows, and support strategic outreach initiatives.Alongside my professional journey, my long-standing association with BloodConnect Foundation has shaped my leadership and stakeholder management skills. Since 2019, I have worked across roles including President (Kolkata Chapter), Head of SDP & Helpline Collaboration, and Mentor, coordinating patient support cases, managing volunteers, collaborating with hospitals and NGOs, and leading large-scale awareness campaigns. This experience has strengthened my ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments and execute initiatives with structure and accountability.My academic foundation in Political Science has further deepened my interest in governance frameworks, electoral processes, and public communication. I am particularly drawn to roles that combine research, narrative-building, and impact-driven strategy. I aspire to contribute meaningfully within political consulting, policy research, and strategic communication spaces, where evidence-based insights meet effective storytelling.
