After analyzing historical data, I collaborated with teams across multiple sites (Czech Republic, Shanghai, Mexico, Taiwan) to validate the issue. I proposed a global process improvement plan, which successfully addressed the issue and was implemented across all worldwide locations, leading to significant yield improvements. Collaborating with quality team to monitor production performance and enforce corrective actions in SOP. Conducting several DOEs based on the 5Ms methodology to identify the most critical factors of the problem and discussing with engineering teams to figure out the most effective solutions to improve the first pass yield rate. Consolidating and reporting the weekly failure analysis to Pegatron management and Apple on-site TPM/OPM.
