Present at PEGATRON, I developed and optimized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance workflow efficiency and improve operator training, ensuring compliance with Apple Care’s quality standards. I conducted In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) Audits using the 5S methodology, which reduced defect rates by 15% and ensured consistent production for MacBook and Vision Pro repair lines. I created and automated Excel-based analytical reports utilizing statistical models such as P-charts to monitor yield trends, leading to improvements in Single Pass Yield (SPY).
