I am a manufacturing entrepreneur and industry leader focused on building globally competitive, forging-led manufacturing businesses in India.As CEO & Director of Varsha Forgings Pvt. Ltd, I lead an integrated organization with Forging + Precision Machining + Assembly under one roof. We specialize in safety-critical, fatigue-sensitive, and high-volume components, where process discipline, metallurgical control, and long-term reliability are non-negotiable. We engage with customers as a long-term supplier partner, supporting multi-year programs and investment-led capacity decisions rather than transactional sourcing.Integrated manufacturing allows tighter control on cost, quality, and timelines—especially for critical parts where machining and assembly discipline matter as much as forging.I also serve as Managing Director of KCTR, an Indo–Korean joint venture, and have worked closely with partners from Germany and Korea. This experience has shaped my approach to cross-border collaboration, technology transfer, governance alignment, and execution against global standards.In parallel, I serve as President of the Association of Indian Forging Industry (AIFI) from June 2025, with a clear focus on strengthening India’s global competitiveness through technology adoption, sustainability, data-driven decision-making, and GenNxt engagement to build the next generation of Forging Leaders.I believe India can become a global hub for high-quality, value-added, and sustainable manufacturing, and I am committed to building that future through disciplined execution and long-term partnerships.I am Open to strategic partnerships and joint ventures where complementary capabilities can be combined to create globally competitive manufacturing platforms.
