As a Senior Program Manager, I specialize in leading the due diligence, design, and implementation of major energy infrastructure investments under Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Compacts, with a primary focus on East Asia and West Africa. My responsibilities encompass the entire project lifecycle, from the initial planning and budgeting stages to the final execution and monitoring, while navigating complex political, environmental, social, and health and safety sensitivities. Directing and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams composed of MCC staff, consultants, and contractors, oversee country programs that involve extensive projects in the energy sector, including grid infrastructure such as transmission and distribution, energy dispatch centers, access program expansion, distributed energy resources, energy efficiency and sector planning. I prepare comprehensive plans for those energy infrastructure projects, ensuring meticulous project scheduling, budgeting, change management, contract administration, and project controls.My role includes leading the technical assessment of constraints analyses, developing terms of reference (TOR) documents, request for proposals (RFP) documents, and coordinating with consultants on feasibility assessments and project appraisals. Additionally, I work closely with MCC and host country Millennium Challenge Account (MCA) teams to develop and update project budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and readiness for contingencies throughout the project implementation.
