As a Marketing Manager, I have a crucial role in the growth of Candid\'s technology Products. I oversee the planning and execution of multi-platform marketing campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube. I collaborate with agencies to plan and develop media advertising campaigns and work alongside other teams such as design and web development to enhance our products and create digital assets for our campaigns.One of my key responsibilities is working with the Director of Growth Marketing to understand revenue goals and develop project plans, strategies, and status reports. I ideate, strategize, and plan email marketing and paid media marketing campaigns for new customer acquisition, retention, and marketing growth for our Data/tech Products.As a Marketing Manager, I leverage data from various platforms like Tableau, Pardot, and other analytics tools to plan and execute campaigns, utilizing automation platforms such as SalesForce Marketing Cloud and Pardot.Additionally, I oversee the development, optimization, tracking, and reporting of our executed campaigns to ensure we meet our targets and goals.As the Marketing Manager, I oversee a team of two Marketing Specialists responsible for managing Candid\'s e-learning marketing campaigns, including the Candid Learning Blog, Candid Learning Newsletter, and email marketing campaigns. Additionally, I lead the marketing efforts for one of our tech product’s programs- Seals of Transparency. The program acknowledges non-profit organizations that offer clear and accurate information about their operations, finances, and impact. These organizations can earn up to four levels of Seals, which helps boost their visibility and credibility with donors who value transparency and accountability.
