Adam America Real Estate (AARE) functions as an owner, developer and operator for residential real estate in New York City. AARE is involved in both rental and condominium development, focusing on prime New York City neighborhoods. To date, Adam America has invested over $700 million into dozens of multi-family buildings, seven of which are complete, with the remaining properties in various stages of construction.As the head of marketing, I spearhead all the advertising opportunities for our projects. I meet with different ad agencies to determine which company can best brand our developments. For advertising, from editing renderings to making the final decision on an ad, I actively participate in all avenues of promoting our projects, whether it\'s a rental, condo, or retail space.
