SteamaCo is an IOT technology business that enables utilities to sell power profitably anywhere on the planet. Serving as CTO, I am a member of the executive team, heading up the Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams, and reporting on all things technology to the Board of Directors. After achieving majority market share in our existing markets, I now lead the company to enter new markets which, on the technology side, requires system scalability and robustness, new innovative products, and greater agility in customer feedback loops. To attain these challenges, I invest time in building high-performing teams, alongside \"just enough\" process to keep things in check yet provide room for engagement and growth.
