The Social Media Manager at The PAM Firm will be responsible for developing and executing strategic social media campaigns for various clients across different industries. This role involves creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and well-versed in the latest social media trends and tools.Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development:Develop and implement social media strategies for The PAM Firm\'s clients that align with their overall marketing and business objectives. Identify target audiences and establish the most appropriate platforms and content styles for each client. Create monthly or quarterly social media content calendars based on client needs.Content Creation & Management:Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, graphics, captions) tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.). Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to develop visual content. Write compelling and on-brand captions, including the development of appropriate hashtags to maximize reach. Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging for each client across all social media channels.Community Management:Monitor and engage with client audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster online conversations and build relationships with followers, partners, and influencers to grow brand presence. Track and respond to reviews or mentions of the brand to maintain positive community relations.Analytics & Reporting:Track social media performance using platform analytics tools and other third-party tools.Prepare monthly reports for clients, detailing key metrics such as engagement, follower growth, reach, and content performance.
