ABOUT XANA BUTT

As a Learning Governance Consultant at Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), I apply my skills in critical thinking to govern the growth and development department. I use JIRA to ensure work is done according to the wider chapter memo, analyze data to support the leadership team in tracking work and recognition activities, and monitor an extensive budget for the Learning department. I also liaise with Product Owners to confirm that the budget is on track. In addition to my current role, I have experience as a Human Resources Graduate at JLR, where I supported HRBP for Supply Chain, covering over employees, in all areas such as organization management, employee relations, pay and reward, talent and succession, stakeholder management with managers to directors, and employee engagement. I acted as HRBP for a team of ~100 employees, both salaried and hourly, and managed difficult ER cases. In Talent, I also created and managed data tools to track talent pools and talent activity across the business. I am passionate about HR, and I am due to receive my Level 3 CIPD certification from Reed Learning.
