Successfully Upgraded legacy hardware and contact centers for 8 Ontario Hospitals onto latest Cisco Business servers and IP telephones and licenses. Prepared Kick-off decks and Project plans with end state objectives, project deliverables, assumption logs and Work Breakdown Structures. Lead cross functional teams of 20 engineers and over 40 external sub-contractors across many geographies- urban and rural across North America. Lead Data Centre Upgrade projects worth for leading confectionary manufacturers and law firms that included the upgrades of their legacy Cabinets, Servers, Routers, Switches, Firewalls and Access Points in a complex and live work environment. Managed financial tracking of Project budgets and compared the budgeted costs with actual project costs. Project coordination including corporate communication, daily & weekly task support, team scheduling, presentation in daily corporate meetings and sharing information with stake holders. Managed Installations of Cisco Access Points and Cisco Servers and Display systems for 25 retail store locations across Ontario. Scheduled and managed overnight maintenance windows and implemented Integrated change control procedures. Spearheaded the latest Cisco BroadCloud product implementations for 3 Law firms involving over 500 end users and scheduled and managed the trainings and transition over to the day-2 support team. Increased Customer satisfaction with delivery of product installation service and turnaround time by over 30% with proven results based on customer feedback surveys and communications.
