ABOUT WYATT SULLIVAN

Enterprise architect and technical go-to-market leader with 14+ years across DoD, national security, federal civilian, and regulated enterprise environments. I help organizations translate mission and business priorities into AI platform, data, cloud, and solutions strategies that drive adoption, resilience, and measurable outcomes. At Accenture Federal Services, I lead enterprise architecture supporting DOE’s Genesis mission, guiding cross-functional teams across AI platform design, scientific and geospatial data strategy, governance, and senior stakeholder alignment. My work includes advanced GenAI solutions, big-data foundations for science, and ecosystem coordination across industry leaders including NVIDIA, AWS, Databricks, and OpenAI in support of national science, security, and energy priorities. I also led and scaled the DAF AI Services Environment for AF CDAO, supporting production RAG solutions in classified mission environments. Previously at AWS, I owned executive and technical relationships for Fannie Mae and FINRA, leading AI, data, modernization, and solution roadmaps across large-scale financial services environments. Earlier in my career, I led public-sector transformation initiatives across Navy, Air Force, and NATO stakeholders, supported technical growth and capture efforts, and served as a U.S. Army Civil Affairs Team Leader advising in complex, high-trust environments. Areas of focus include enterprise architecture, AI platforms, solutions architecture, technical go-to-market, data strategy, partner ecosystems, executive stakeholder engagement, transformation leadership, and mission technology. Published co-author of “Working Backwards from Generative AI Business Value in the Public Sector.”
