ABOUT EDWIN WU
I began my career in real estate property appraisal prior to spending 6+ years in Assurance services with PricewaterhouseCoopers (\"PwC\") and Ernst & Young (\"EY\"). During my time in public practice, I worked in both the Vancouver and Los Angeles offices while gaining a breadth of experience managing private, public and multinational SEC registrants. My primary focuses are within the mining, manufacturing and technology sectors reporting under ASPE, IFRS and US GAAP, along with Sarbanes-Oxley (“SOX”) compliance.
