Formally lead and performance manage a team of seven Product Managers & Product Specialists through product strategy and roadmap for all casino games (slot games, live table games, electronic table games, bingo) across BC’s 37 gaming facilities.• Direct accountability for a $90 Million annual product purchasing budget. I have led, written and presented the annual purchasing budget business case to BCLC Executive and grown the approved budget by 66%, from $37.5 Million to $62.3 Million. In 2024/2025, BCLC’s casino games generated revenue of $1.8 Billion (bclc.com).• Led a multi-year product mix optimization project, resulting in costs savings of $2.4 Million while growing revenue by $22 Million. This project was the first of such at BCLC. As of 2025, BCLC’s product health as measured by obsolescence rate is best in Canada.• Led, designed and executed an industry-leading product pricing trial to support cost & benefit analysis of slot game price increases.• Co-lead a cross-functional management team focused on process improvement, resulting in product deployment time reduction by 17% or 4 weeks on a 24-week cycle, while improving staff engagement and accountability.
