Community and Culture are built on Communications and Connections. As a professional communicator with a proven track-record and reputation built over the past two decades, my expertise has been developed through my background in internal communications, media relations, workplace culture and brand management. A seasoned community builder I have spent my career engaging stakeholders whether they be corporate employees, external audiences, or ethno-cultural communities. A proven leader throughout my career, I\'ve managed and led people in a corporate environment as well as board governance settings. Much of my career has been driven by my involvement and passion for the communications industry having led local and western Canada regional communications professional associations. It\'s helped me find unique and innovative communications solutions for a variety of stakeholders. I love working with high functioning and performing teams that will go the extra mile to deliver beyond client\'s expectations as well as ensure the work remains fun and challenging within a positive workplace culture. I\'m proud to have a diverse background in a variety of industries and companies, from local not-for-profits, strategic consulting agencies and large international companies.
