I own a 1994 Defender 90” (300tdi) which I’m slowly refurbishing. I’ve just recently completed a back-to-brick an Edwardian home renovation that I did on evenings and weekends alongside my previous job at G2. My current mission is helping Staffing and Recruiting firms qualify candidates via skilled based hiring - Scrap the Resume and hire based on data.I\'ve worked at a Unicorn where I helped elevate SaaS vendors on G2’s helping them establish a deeper market penetration & differentiate themselves vs other vendors. Prior to this, I worked at a at seed funded early-stage SaaS start-up as a Partnerships manager and I started my Sales career with Give A Grad A Go Recruitment for just shy of 4 years. I have placed over 135 grads into SMEs/Startups/and Fortune 250 businesses - mainly SaaS and Tech companies.
