Senior Ux Designer (Ux Research & Product Discovery Focus) @TeamViewer

I drive UX Research and Product Discovery to help product teams make better, customer-centered decisions.Over the years, I have built up and continuously developed the UX Research practice at TeamViewer — establishing processes, methods, and the User Focus Program to engage users in surveys, interviews, and usability tests.Since 2023, I have been driving and coordinating UX Research initiatives across the company, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to embed customer insights into product strategy and discovery work.Earlier, I worked on the redesign of the meeting experience in TeamViewer\'s communication product Blizz, improving usability and multi-device experience.Key focus areas and contributions:• Building and scaling UX Research as a practice, covering discovery research, usability testing, and continuous insights• Launched and managing the User Focus Program to engage customers and validate product decisions• Applying Jobs to be Done (JTBD) to identify unmet needs and drive product discovery• Collaborating with multiple product teams to inform roadmap decisions and improve user experience• Leading and mentoring a rotating team of UX Research interns, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented culture• Supporting and enabling designers, product managers, and other teams to conduct user research independently and make customer-informed decisions
