As a senior professional and international financial executive, I am resilient in finding new ways to overcome obstacles and challenge the status quo to support the evolution of major international brands such as Dawn Foods, The Heineken Company, L\'Oreal and Reckitt Benckiser to safeguard attainment of critical corporate goals. Operating at a high level I am able to ‘see the bigger picture’ and support Board / C-level stakeholders in development, execution and realisation of strategies underpinning increases in market share, expansion to new territories, mergers & acquisitions, investments and continued optimisation of operating costs. With an excellent understanding and appreciation of international business, I translate complex finance terminology into simple business language, focusing on business partnering and initiating training programmes to upskill cross-functional (sales, marketing, commercial etc.) on financial management.
