My role at Asset Health is to support individual and collective flourishing through the support of our internal team members and our product and services. Setting vision and direction for our people development approach, I lead our efforts to coach and develop our managers and team members to grow within their roles and make impact. Additionally, I set vision and direction for the efficacy of our entire solution set, including defining our theory of change, capturing our efficacy models, integrating and applying evidence based practices, and measuring our impact. In this role, I support various teams across the organization to incorporate evidence based research to improve health promotion and behaviors in employee populations.
