As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, I leverage my postgraduate degree in Computer Science and over 18 years of experience in the digital, mobile, and web payments space to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions. I work on disruptive technologies such as peer-to-peer payments (PingIt app) and third-party mobile services (VocaLink, Amazon).I collaborate with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams across Europe, India, Poland, and America, as well as with director-level and senior stakeholders, to identify, quantify, plan, and control all business analysis-related activities on a business change project or program. I use agile, UML, and waterfall methodologies to facilitate estimation, prioritization, scoping, requirements gathering, operational design, and testing. I also stand in for the Scrum Master as and when required to maintain scrum velocity. I have been instrumental in the migration of the existing home insurance portfolio to Aviva and in evaluating new tenders for motor and home insurance. I am passionate about improving performance through the adoption of agile and lean values and providing advice to organizations that seek to optimize their digital journeys.
