For example:* Q&A with Philippa Lowthorpe at Bristol Old Vic *John Yorke Masterclass at BBC Studios*After the Crisis industry panel at the Watershed*Training workshops at Films@59I also garnered a meeting with Shadow Culture Secretary Thangam Debbonaire to explain the current commissioning downturn and its effect on freelancers. As a result, I collected freelancer testimonials from across the country and edited them into a 100-page document, detailing the issues being faced by freelancers. This was then sent to the then-Shadow Cabinet (now Government) to inform their New Deal for Working People Proposals.
