A rare post from me, but I feel worth it in this case:Having moved on from a phenomenal career in the Royal Engineers, I’m going to spend this summer cycling across the Silk Road to raise money for the North West Air Ambulance. I’ve got three months to get as far as possible, crossing mountains, deserts and steppe.
